Hazelnut cream ice cream

90 g cashew butter
200 ml Oat drink
0 to taste chopped hazelnuts
30 g Erythritol (powdered)
30 g Hazelnut puree
50 g Tapiokasirup
0 to taste vegan white chocolate
1 point of a knife Locust bean gum
  • Step 1/3

    Mix all ingredients except chocolate and hazelnuts with a whisk. Pour into ice cream molds and freeze for a few hours.

  • Step 2/3

    Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

  • Step 3/3

    Remove ice cream from mold, coat with chocolate and roll in hazelnuts. Freeze again.
