Hafer-Pancakes

Can't decide between oatmeal or fluffy pancakes for breakfast? Well, then just make both!

1 Banane
1 Tsp. Baking powder
0 as necessary Blueberries
200 ml Oat drink
0 as necessary Date syrup
2 tbsp. Flaxseed
0 as necessary Mandelmus
130 Oatmeal
  • Step 1/4

    Place rolled oats and flaxseed in a high-powered blender and blend on high speed to make flour.

  • Step 2/4

    Then add a mashed banana, baking powder and oat milk and mix until homogeneous.

  • Step 3/4

    Put the mixture in small blobs in a pan and fry in a little coconut oil.

  • Step 4/4

    Top with almond paste, blueberries, banana and date syrup.
