Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it has a uniform consistency. For the vegan option: use two bananas here and skip the next step.

Beat the eggs and add them to the banana. Mix everything well.

Add the rolled oats and baking powder to the banana and egg mixture. Add a pinch of salt. Stir everything until you have a smooth batter.

Carefully fold the fresh wild berries into the batter.

Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add some coconut oil. Spoon the batter into the pan to form small pancakes. Fry them for about two to three minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

Pile the pancakes on a plate and generously add the date and hazelnut cream, shredded coconut and/or wild berries.
