Fluffy spelt pancakes with raspberry sauce

250 ml Plant drink
200 g Raspberries
1 tbsp. Chiasamen
1 Tsp. Baking powder
150 g Spelt flour
1 tbsp. Hemp seed
1 tbsp. agave syrup
0.5 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Öl
  • Step 1/5

    Mix flour, vegetable drink, baking powder, hemp seeds, cinnamon and oil of a bowl and stir well until smooth.

  • Step 2/5

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and make pancakes by adding 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake to the pan. Fry the pancake briefly on one side, then on the other side until golden brown.

  • Step 3/5

    Put raspberries, agave syrup and chia seeds in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes. The berries should be quite soft and become a sauce.

  • Step 4/5

    Spread the finished pancakes on 2 plates.

  • Step 5/5

    Pour the raspberry sauce on top and garnish the pancakes with additional toppings as desired.
