Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mix all dry ingredients for the granola in a large bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Place the granola on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Then remove from the oven, let cool and pour into an airtight jar.
The granola can be stored for several weeks and tastes especially good as muesli with yogurt and fruit or as a topping for all-rounders.
