4 Stücken Frozen bananas
1 TL Kakaonibs
0 nach Bedarf Pumpkin seeds
1 TL Kakaonibs
3 TL Cocoa powder
100 ml Oat drink
3 TL Peanut butter
0 nach Bedarf Chia Samen
1 Handvoll Fresh berries
1 nach Bedarf Pekannüsse
