Almond paste raspberry slices

70 g Mandelmus
1 Shot Vanilla extract
2 UNIT Eggs
2 Tsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. Sweetener
180 g Flour
100 g Banane
1 Pinch Salt
200 ml Plant drink
100 g frozen raspberries
  • Step 1/2

    Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the wet ingredients. Stir everything well and then gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Pour the dough into a rectangular baking pan and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. To prevent the raspberry slices from getting too brown, cover with aluminum foil after 30 minutes if necessary.
