Açai Bowl

A quick and delicious smoothie bowl with açai puree, banana, natural yogurt and prunes.

1 Frozen banana
100 g Frozen açai puree
150 g Natural yogurt
1 handful Barberries
1 handful Goji bears
1 handful Prunes
1 tbsp. Salted pistachio puree
  • Step 1/2

    Blend all ingredients except prunes in a stand mixer

  • Step 2/2

    Put the prunes in a bowl and pour the base puree over them. Then top as desired & let taste!
