Inner values & proper culture: fibre and fermented foods for every day

Between sourdough babies, hours-long fermentation tutorials and the search for the ultimate source of fibre, it's easy to lose track of things. At KoRo, we believe that fibre and fermented foods shouldn't be rocket science – that's why we make it easy for you to integrate them into your everyday life. Here you'll find everyday essentials that add variety to your meals, enhance their flavour or are simply ideal as a snack between meals. So that your plate never gets boring – we deliver the essentials, you save yourself the hassle of chopping.

Fibre essentials

The ultimate breakfast bowl upgrade: the nut and fruit mix with protein crispies. This vegan mix combines crunchy walnut pieces and shelled hemp seeds with fruity goji berries and slightly bitter cocoa nibs. Soy protein crispies add extra crunch. With 10 g of fibre and 21 g of protein per 100 g, this mix really packs a punch.

For your savoury cooking adventures: our organic pea and broad bean chunks are the ultimate canvas for your spice artistry. Thanks to its neutral flavour, it adapts to your culinary plans instead of stealing the show, whether as a substitute for classic mince or minced meat in sauces and stir-fries. While you enjoy the intense flavour, we'll let the numbers speak for themselves. With 53 grams of protein and 15 grams of fibre per 100g, our mince is the ideal basis for your next cooking session.

To revolutionise your baking game, it's worth reaching for our organic partly de-oiled flaxseed flour. Made from 100% brown flaxseed, it delights with its intense nutty flavour and serves as a fibre-rich (36g /100g) and protein-rich (32g /100g) alternative to conventional grain flour – ideal for bread or pizza dough. This not only enhances the taste of your baking creations, but also adds some nutrients. Brown flaxseed flour is also naturally gluten-free.

Meal upgrades with KoRo's fermented favourites

With our organic kombucha scoby with starter liquid, you can become a professional fermenter in your own home. The reusable organic ‘tea fungus’ transforms sweetened tea into a refreshing, lively drink – a sparkling alternative to lemonade or iced tea. How about a fruity orange kombucha?

Why complicate things when you can have tempeh? We believe that fermented soybeans should be a staple in every pantry. Our organic tempeh provides 18g of protein per 100g and is as versatile as your playlist. Cut it into strips, fry it until golden brown and add your favourite spices – and your moment of indulgence is ready. The best part? It waits patiently in the jar for its moment to shine, as it can be stored at room temperature. No more excuses for boring meals!

Feel like making your tastebuds dance? Our vegan organic kimchi is made according to a traditional recipe from fermented Chinese cabbage and rounded off with a pinch of ginger and chilli. It gives you a balanced, sweet and sour flavour profile – and it's all made with no colourings, flavourings or preservatives. An easy add-on to give your bowls or sandwiches a real flavour upgrade in no time at all.
