To begin, mash the bananas and mix them with the vegetable drink and the chia seeds. Leave the whole thing to stand briefly so that the chia seeds can swell. Then add the baking powder, almond flour, whole spelt flour, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
After heating a pan on medium heat, you can add a heaping tablespoon of batter per pancake into the pan and let it bake for 2 minutes. When the edges darken and bubbles appear on the pancakes, you should flip it over and bake on the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Of course, there are absolutely no limits to the toppings you can use. We have used fresh fruit, nut puree and almond kernel.
