Vegane Hack Burritos

We're chopping, a lot! Since we were allowed to test our vegan Mühlen mince, there's nothing else on the table. Whether in bolo or burritos, mince always works and brings the feel-good factor with it.

1 Pck. Vegan minced meat
2 Wheat or corn tortillas
70 g Rice of your choice
1 cans Kidney beans (approx. 250 g drained weight)
1 (vegan) Fresh cream
15 Cocktail tomatoes, finely diced
0.5 green bell pepper, finely diced
1 Saft from a lemon
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 Prise Salt and pepper
1 Avocado
1 bunch Coriander, finely chopped
0.5 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Juice of one lemon

    Prepare the vegan mince according to the packet instructions.

    Heat the beans in a pan and prepare the rice according to the packet instructions.

    Mix all the ingredients for the tomato salad together in a bowl.

    Deseed the avocado and mash the flesh with a fork. Stir in the coriander, shallot, olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the tortillas with crème fraîche and guacamole and top evenly with rice, beans, tomato salad and vegan mince. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla from bottom to top. Then fry briefly in a pan with a little oil until golden brown on all sides.
