Vegan Veta Easter Toast – quick and tasty homemade recipe with pantry staples.

60 g vegan veta mix, prepared with water according to package instructions
2 slices of bread of choice
3 Tsp. 2-3 tsp tahini
3 UNIT cherry tomatoes
2 Tsp. olive oil
1 Pinch salt
1 Pinch pepper
  • Step 1/5

    prepare the veta mix according to the package instructions.

  • Step 2/5

    pour the veta mixture into the silicone molds and place them into the freezer overnight.

  • Step 3/5

    toast up favorite slice of bread and add some tahini as a base.

  • Step 4/5

    wash and cut your cherry tomatoes and assemble on the bread.

  • Step 5/5

    add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste and enjoy.
