Peel the potatoes and sweet potatoes, then cut them into pieces along with the bell bell pepper.
Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pot and add the onion once the oil is hot.
Now stir the tomato paste to the onions. Add the rice vinegar and stir well.
Then add the water to the pot and mix the ingredients. Now add the potatoes, sweet potatoes and peppers and let everything simmer.
Next, add the cumin, marjoram and salt and pepper.
Once the potatoes are cooked soft, add the lentils and tomatoes and stir everything carefully. Then let the goulash simmer for another 5 minutes.
