A vegan banana bread with walnuts and vanilla.

80 g Rapeseed oil
1 point of a knife Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla powder
3 UNIT Bananas
120 g Cane sugar
70 g Walnuts
1 sachet Baking powder
250 g Spelt flour
0.5 Tsp. Magarine/Kokosfett
  • Step 1/6

    Grease a cake pan with vegetable margarine or coconut fat and preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

  • Step 2/6

    Mash the bananas and mash them finely. Add the oil, salt and vanilla powder and mix well.

  • Step 3/6

    Coarsely chop the walnuts ( save a small remainder until the end) and add with the sugar and mix again.

  • Step 4/6

    Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in as well.

  • Step 5/6

    Pour the mixture into the greased cake pan. Finely chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the mixture.

  • Step 6/6

    Put in the oven for about 50 minutes.
