Sunny Side Up Physalis Eggs Vegan – quick and tasty homemade recipe with pantry staples.

Step 1/4
depending on the preferred version: melt white chocolate together with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil or mix vegan yoghurt with sweetener of choice and vanilla.

use a spoon to create little sunny-side-up egg white shapes with the melted chocolate or vegan yoghurt mix on a piece of parchment paper.

place one freeze-dried physalis in the middle of each egg white shape.

place the white chocolate physalis ‘eggs’ in the fridge for 30min, the vegan yoghurt physalis ‘eggs’ in the freezer for 1h to set and enjoy.
