Looking for a new, vegan summer drink? We have something very special for you: a strawberry cloud matcha! Make the trendy drink yourself with fresh strawberries, creamy plant-drink and our organic matcha!

5 Whole (large) Fresh strawberries
1 Organic agave syrup (optional)
100 ml Cold plant drink
50 ml Vegan whipped cream
2 Teaspoon Organic Yujin matcha
60 ml Hot water (around 80 °C, not boiling)
4 UNIT Ice cubes
  • Step 1/4

    Wash the strawberries thoroughly and then purée them. If you like it a little sweeter, add a dash of agave syrup.

  • Step 2/4

    Mix about half of the strawberry purée with the plant-based milk and vegan whipped cream. Then whip everything with a milk frother or hand mixer until it is nice and frothy.

  • Step 3/4

    Mix the matcha with hot water (preferably with a whisk or milk frother) until it is smooth and there with no more lumps and a light foam forms.

  • Step 4/4

    Now pour everything into the glass: first the remaining strawberry purée, then a few ice cubes. Slowly pour the matcha over the ice cubes and top it all off with the strawberry milk foam. Done! Enjoy your fruity strawberry matcha latte.
