To make a base for the protein bars, knead together 100g vanilla protein powder, 35g ground almonds, 100g dates, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil and 130ml of oat drink to form a dough and press it into a small rectangular shape.

If necessary, soak 260g of dates in water for 30 minutes if they are too hard. Then blend with 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 50ml of oat drink and spread the finished cream on the base.

Roughly chop the peanuts, sprinkle them on top and press them down lightly. Spread the melted chocolate drops evenly on top, place the mould in the refrigerator for a few hours, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

For the smoothie bowl, blend two bananas, ½ courgette (about 150g), 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 200ml plant-based drink, 1 tbsp peanut butter and 35g chocolate protein powder in a blender and pour into a bowl. Top with a yoghurt alternative, cocoa and a few protein bars.
