Overnight Oats with blueberries

Looking for a delicious breakfast with a fruity touch?

1 tbsp. Chiasamen
3 tbsp. Water
1 Prise(n) Vanilla
2 tbsp. Oatmeal
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
150 g Frozen blueberries
3 tbsp. Yogurt
2 Tsp. agave syrup
1 Tsp. Feeding power
  • Step 1/4

    Mix chia seeds, water, oatmeal, yogurt and vanilla. It is best to put in the refrigerator overnight or for an hour.

  • Step 2/4

    Mix blueberries, lemon juice, agave syrup and cornstarch and heat gently on the stove and bring to the boil briefly.

  • Step 3/4

    Then it's time to layer: 1st layer: cooked blueberry mixture, 2nd layer: Overnight Oats, 3rd layer: rest of blueberry mixture, 4th layer: yogurt.

  • Step 4/4

    Finally, top with blueberries and chocolate as desired.
