150 g Almond flour
60 g Coconut blossom sugar
70 g margarine
50 g Almonds, ground
1 Tsp. Bourbon vanilla powder
2 UNIT Eggs
1 Tsp. Baking powder
120 g sugar free chocolate drops
1 Prise Salt
200 g Apricot jam
80 g Hazelnuts, ground
80 g Almonds, ground
100 g Hazelnuts, chopped

    Knead all the ingredients for the dough together and work into a shortcrust pastry. Roll out to an approx. 25x30 cm rectangle and place on a baking tray.

    Spread the apricot jam on the dough.

    In a saucepan, melt the remaining margarine with the coconut blossom sugar. Stir in the nuts and spread the mixture evenly over the jam layer.
