Tastes good even in the sunshine: apple cream pie with dark grated chocolate.
Mix together butter/agarine, coconut blossom sugar, ground hazelnuts, egg yolks and baking powder.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Pour into a 26 springform pan and bake at 180 degrees convection for 20 minutes, then let cool.
Combine apple juice, lemon juice, pudding powder and coconut blossom sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in egg yolk and butter/agarine to avoid lumps. Then allow to cool, stirring again and again.
Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and spread over the cream. On top give dark chocolate shavings.
