Add oatly barista drink lighter taste to a milk frother and let it heat up slightly, then add pistachio butter and let everythting heat and foam up together. (if you don’t have an electric milk frother, heat up your barista drink on the stove until warm, add pistachio butter and then blend or mix with a blender or electric whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.)

To make the whipped / dalgon style coffee foam; add instant coffee, hot water and agave to a small jar and whip with an electric whisk until thick and fluffy and until the color turns from golden brown to a much lighter brown-beige shade.Â

Lastly, pour warm pistachio drink into a cup and carefully spoon the whipped coffee on top. Optionally decorate with some crushed pistachios and enjoy.Â
