Maca Oatmeal is a delicious and nutritious breakfast that is quick to prepare and will provide you with lots of nutrients.
Mix the oat flakes with the psyllium husks, the maca powder, the coconut blossom sugar and the vanilla. Pour the water over it, stir well and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (preferably overnight).
Place the oatmeal mixture in a saucepan with the vegetable drink and bring to the boil once.
Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-10 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice. Go well with e.g. fresh fruit, peanut butter and granola.
