If you want it to be quick and high in protein at the same time, this recipe is made for you.

170 g Lentil noodles
0 nach Bedarf Paprika seasoning
0 nach Bedarf Yeast flakes
125 g Hummus
100 g Soy yogurt
  • Step 1/4

    Cook pasta according to instructions and drain.

  • Step 2/4

    Add hummus and soy yogurt to the pot with the noodles and stir in.

  • Step 3/4

    Add paprika seasoning.

  • Step 4/4

    For a "cheesy" flavor, I would recommend adding yeast flakes.
