Bring oats, coconut flour, coconut blossom sugar, coconut drink, water, vanilla and salt to a boil in a saucepan and simmer briefly.
Stir in coconut flour and cook for a few more minutes. If necessary, add more water to achieve the desired consistency.
Pour finished porridge into a bowl and top with fruit of choice and coconut chips.
