For a good start to the day, here's a delicious recipe for a chocolate coconut oatmeal.
Place oatmeal in a saucepan, add water and salt and bring to a low boil while stirring.
Crush banana to pulp with a fork and add.
Add coconut milk (solid and liquid part) and cocoa and simmer for approx. 5 min. with lid closed.
Stir in sweetener.
Pour porridge into bowls and decorate with berries and coconut raisins and enjoy.
