50 g Amaranth
1 Prise Salt
90 g Coconut Blossom Syrup
1 Tsp. Tonka or vanilla
35 g Rice flakes
0 to taste Coconut yogurt
1 handful Bananenchips

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Mix rolled oats, amaranth, shredded coconut, rice cereal, salt, and vanilla or tonka in a mixing bowl.
