1 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds
0 as necessary Crystal salt
0 as necessary Pepper
1 tbsp. Yeast flakes
150 Zucchini
500 Spinat
300 Hokkaido
1 Tsp. Thymian
1 point of a knife Kala Namak
50 But
0 as necessary Garlic
0 as necessary Curry
  • Step 1/4

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with top and bottom heat.

  • Step 2/4

    Then chop the pumpkin, zucchini, garlic and tofu, spread on a baking paper, add lemon, the spices and thyme and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  • Step 3/4

    In the meantime, wash the spinach and spread half of it already in a bowl, stew the other half in the oven with for the last 5 minutes.

  • Step 4/4

    Once everything is ready, top the bowl with pumpkin seeds and yeast flakes and enjoy!
