70 g Applesauce
20 g Coconut flour
30 g Soy Protein Crispies
1 tbsp. Chia Samen
2 Tsp. Psyllium husks
1 Units Apple
2 Units Eiklar
100 ml Milk
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • Step 1/4

    Mix all ingredients, except the apple and the egg white.

  • Step 2/4

    Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in.

  • Step 3/4

    Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces and spread evenly over the mixture.

  • Step 4/4

    Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
