Almond cinnamon granola

Whether with milk or as a porridge topping, this granola makes every breakfast a crunchy eye-catcher.

150 g Oatmeal
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
80 ml Water
50 gram Mandeln
  • Step 1/6

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.

  • Step 2/6

    Chop the almonds into small pieces.

  • Step 3/6

    Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  • Step 4/6

    Stir in the maple syrup and water and taste again if necessary to see if it is sweet enough.

  • Step 5/6

    Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes until the desired degree of browning is reached.

  • Step 6/6

    Allow the finished granola to cool and pour into a storage jar.
