Prepare matcha as you would normally by mixing it with 100ml hot (70ºC) water and whisking until foamy and evenly combined. Â

In a seperate glass or cup, mix banana bread cashew butter with remaining 2-3 tbsp of warm water until creamy.Â

Add whippable oatly cuisine to the banana bread mix, as well as one pinch of salt and mix / whip with an electric mixer until evenly incorporated, thick and creamy.

Add ice cubes to a clean glass jar, pour in cold oatly barista drink, then slowly pour in matcha shot on top.Â

Lastly top everything with prepared banana bread cold foam, optionally decorate with a cinnamon stick and dried banana slice and enjoy.Â
