Protein Chocolate Crossies

Crunchy, delicious and super fast - these protein chocolate crossies have it all.

150 g dark chocolate coating or chocolate drops
200 g Soy Crispies
  • Step 1/5

    Melt the chocolate in a large bowl over a water bath.

  • Step 2/5

    Fold in the soy crispies with a fork so that all the crispies are covered with chocolate.

  • Step 3/5

    Pour the mixture onto a baking paper and let it stand until the chocolate has hardened.

  • Step 4/5

    Carefully break the mass into small chunks.

  • Step 5/5

    Store in a cool place in a sealed tin so the crossies stay nice and crispy.
