Peanuts and tofu, simply a dream team!

1 Tsp. Coconut oil
1 tbsp. Peanut butter
100 g White giant beans
200 g Tofu
200 g Vegetables of choice (here: Romanesco, broccoli ;cauliflower
10 g roasted peanuts
5 g Sesam
1 Prise Cayennepfeffer
1 Prise Paprika (rose hot)
1 Prise Pepper
1 Prise Salt
1 Prise Ginger (ground)
  • Step 1/5

    Cut tofu into small cubes and place in a bowl.

  • Step 2/5

    Thoroughly rinse giant white beans and add to tofu, then add spices (ginger, cayenne, salt and pepper) and mix until spices are evenly distributed.

  • Step 3/5

    Spread the tofu and beans on a baking paper and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

    Prepare the vegetables and the peanut cream: To do this, mix a large tablespoon of peanut butter with a little coconut oil and spices (smoked paprika or hot paprika powder and chili or cayenne pepper).

    Arrange everything in a bowl and garnish with peanuts and sesame seeds.
