This kidney bean dip is quick and easy to make if you have already soaked and cooked the kidney beans. It goes great with tortilla chips or any raw vegetables. Soak kidney beans in plenty of water overnight. Dump away soaking water and simmer with fresh water for about 1.5 hours.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 1/2 minute. If necessary, stop the blender several times and push the dip down from the sides. Repeat until a really creamy mass is created.
