Bread with oat flour

There are almost infinite possible combinations when baking bread, but have you ever baked with oat flour? Then go for it, because you get a wonderfully soft and fluffy bread with it. We say: Definitely try it out!

350 g Wheat flour (type 405)
150 g Oatmeal
3 tbsp. Sunflower seeds
1 Tsp. Salt
1 dice fresh yeast
1 tbsp. Oatmeal
450 ml Water
  • Step 1/7

    Dissolve the yeast completely in the water by stirring.

  • Step 2/7

    Add flour and salt and knead everything into a dough.

  • Step 3/7

    Add the sunflower seeds.

  • Step 4/7

    Leave the dough covered in a warm place for about 3 hours.

  • Step 5/7

    Put the oatmeal in the baking pan first and then pour the sticky dough over it.

  • Step 6/7

    Preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat and let the bread rise in the pan for a while.

  • Step 7/7

    Bake the bread in the oven for about 50-55 minutes.
