Homemade oat bars with dried fruit, nuts and banana.
Blend the dry ingredients (rolled oats, nuts/seeds, dried fruit, cinnamon) in a high-powered blender - but not too vigorously. No oatmeal should result!
Mash banana and tahini and mix with dry ingredients.
Add a little liquid if necessary. The dough should be rather viscous at the end. Then place in a rectangular baking pan and bake at 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
Let cool and cut into bars. You can get totally creative with the ingredients and always use other dried fruits, nuts, seeds and kernels. The nut puree is also variable and banana can be replaced by apple pulp.
