In keeping with spring, we have a fresh and lemony dressing ready for your lamb's lettuce. Sesame seeds and pine nuts are the perfect nutty topping. For a kick of omega-3 fatty acids provides our pure sea fish oil!

Rinse the lamb's lettuce well and spin dry.

Toast the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat.

Wash and quarter the tomatoes.

Then prepare the vinaigrette: For this, combine omega-3 oil, lemon juice, vinegar, sesame seeds and herbs in a small bowl and mix well.

Place the lamb's lettuce, tomatoes and pine nuts on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Serve the salad.
