Are your products tested on animals?

Our products from the category Washing & Cleaning are not tested on animals, but they are not vegan.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

We cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for people with allergies. Please inform your physician about the respective ingredients to seek professional advice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are your products from the category Health & Nutrition in raw food quality?

We cannot guarantee raw food quality for our products. They are dried in the sun or drying tunnel (oven) until the required residual moisture is attained. During sun drying, the temperature frequently exceeds 40°C in the shadow. It is generally assumed that the goods are dry at 60°C in the sun. The temperature in the drying tunnel is also frequently at 60°C. Some types of nuts are additionally kept over hot water to prepare them for cracking.

Do you send out samples?

Unfortunately, samples are not possible due to our logistics (even paid samples) as our prices are based on tight margins. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience.

To which brand products can your products from the category Washing & Cleaning be compared?

KoRo Drugstore is a new brand. Our quality meets the high quality standards of other brand manufacturers. For legal reasons, we are not entitled to name any brands.

The range of products is quite limited. Will it be extended?

Of course we will extend our assortment. We are constantly working on adding new products to our categories “Washing & Cleaning”, “Personal Care” and “Health & Nutrition”.

Orders

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

In this case, we kindly ask you to send us pictures of the damaged goods. We will discuss our next steps afterwards.

How do I know if the ordering process is completed?

You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after completing the ordering process.

Do I have to sign up or set up a customer account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest customer. Just select “I don’t want a customer account“ prior to the end of the ordering process. 

Delivery

What is the delivery time for the Online Drugstore?

Our products are shipped via DHL. You will receive an email including the order confirmation and the tracking number for your shipment. Please check your emails! You can find the shipping rates here: Shipping Rates

Do you also ship to post offices?

No, we don’t ship to post offices. We kindly ask you not to name any post offices for delivery.

My package hasn’t arrived yet. Where can I see the status of my order?

You can enter your tracking code at www.dhl.de and view the status of your order. You can also contact the DHL Hotline: 022828609898 to track your order.   

What is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is based on the order weight. We offer a flat shipping fee of €6.90 for packages up to 31.5 kg. There are tiered shipping rates progressing up with a range of 31.5 kg.

Where do you ship your products?

We ship our products throughout Germany and to Austria. The shipping fee to Austria is €8.90 for orders up to 31.5 kg.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change it during the ordering process under „Change my Delivery Address“.

Which payment method is the fastest?

Paypal and Sofortüberweisung are the fastest methods to receive your payment and dispatch your order.

Are all payment methods safe?

Yes, all payment methods are safe. Every payment method is performed by a recognized company and is approved and secured by TÜV.
