Das Erdbeergranulat solltest Du lichtgeschützt, kühl und trocken lagern, dann ist es in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung mindestens 12 Monate haltbar. Aber Achtung! – Da sich in dem Granulat lebende Bakterienkulturen befinden, solltest Du es nicht über 45° C erhitzen. Zum Backen und Kochen eignet es sich daher nicht.
