- 1 cup rice
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 handful broccoli
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 0,5 lemon
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
Prepare rice as described on the package.
Meanwhile, mix tahini, water, garlic, lemon juice and sambal oelek and set aside.
Optional: Preheat airfryer to 205 degrees for about 5 minutes. Then spray the broccoli with oil and place in the Airfryer with the salmon at 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Arrange on a plate or in a bowl, drizzle with the sauce.... And let taste!
