Salmon in sesame sauce with broccoli and rice

We all know it - the typical after-work fatigue that spoils any desire to cook after a long day at work. But how to fill the well-known hole in the stomach? The salmon in sesame sauce with broccoli and rice is not only quickly prepared, but also a real treat. Fix cooked the rice, broccoli and salmon thrown into the Airfryer and drizzled with sesame sauce - so tastes the best after work!

Salmon in sesame sauce with broccoli and rice


  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 handful broccoli
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 0,5 lemon
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek


Step 1

Prepare rice as described on the package.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix tahini, water, garlic, lemon juice and sambal oelek and set aside.

Step 3

Optional: Preheat airfryer to 205 degrees for about 5 minutes. Then spray the broccoli with oil and place in the Airfryer with the salmon at 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Step 4

Arrange on a plate or in a bowl, drizzle with the sauce.... And let taste!
