- Potatoes: 3 medium
- garlic cloves: 2
- water: 500 ml
- Vienna sausages: 2
- marjoram: 1 tbsp
- butter: 1 tsp
- flour: 1 tsp
- salt, pepper
Lightly simmer the chopped potatoes and garlic in water until the potatoes are cooked.
Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat and then add the flour. Sauté this in the butter, stirring constantly, when it begins to brown, turn off the heat - CAUTION: burns very quickly!
When the potatoes are cooked, add the roux and bring the whole thing to a boil.
Then cut the sausages into small pieces and add them with the marjoram and let them simmer for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
