Cinnamon Pancakes

Is it Sunday again? - Pancakes are a classic comfort food and are often snacked on for breakfast. Especially on cozy weekends, when breakfast quickly turns into lunch, this treat can't be missed. You're as fond of pancakes as we are? Then you'll love the Cinnamon Pancakes with Cinnamon Pear Topping!

Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 20 g melting flakes
  • 20 g protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 mashed banana (small)
  • 100 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 dash of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pear (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

First mix the dry ingredients, then add the rest and mix well. Let swell briefly and bake into pancakes.

Step 2

Optional: Serve with cinnamon pears. To do this, cut a pear into pieces, sauté in a pan and dust with cinnamon. Then place on top of the pancakes and enjoy warm.
