We love baked oats, porridge and pancakes to death – but we don't always have time to produce a tasty dish like these for breakfast. Recipes: using puffed spelt

What recipes can I make with puffed spelt?

First, of course, there is the classic: puffed spelt is a great topping for muesli, yogurt and porridge. But you can also use it in desserts and sweets. For example, in our No Bake Protein Torte or chocolatey spelt crunchies. Ever made your own granola? At KoRo, we analyse the greenhouse gas emissions that are produced during the production of our snacks. These include, among other things, CO2, methane and nitrous oxide. Our hard-working sustainability team collects all the information to calculate a value: the so-called CO2 equivalents. We are now passing this information on to you so that you can make informed purchasing decisions and keep an eye on your personal carbon footprint.
