Why is the product called soya drink?

The reason for the designation is a legal requirement of the EU, which legally protects the term "milk". Drinks with a vegetable base (such as soya, oats, rice, etc.) may not be called milk. For this reason, our alternative to conventional milk is called soya drink. But whether it's a drink or milk, the main thing is that it tastes good!

Which milk alternative can be foamed?

All plant drinks that contain the addition Barista in the name can be foamed particularly well. The easiest way to froth is with our foam whipper. It simply switches off after the work is done and can conjure up both hot and cold milk foam for the summer.

Unopened, you store the soya drink at room temperature, protected from sunlight. It will keep for at least 12 months. As soon as you have opened the plant drink, put it in the refrigerator and use it up within four days.
