
Ingredients
- Wholemeal or spelt flour: 75 g
- Apple: 60 g
- Hazelnut puree: 1 tsp
- Agave syrup: 2 tsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- oat milk: 75 ml
- salt: 1 pinch
- Cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- Coconut oil (for frying): 1 TSP
- Apple (as topping): 0.5 tsp.
- Hazelnut puree (as topping): 1 tsp.
- soy yogurt: 100 g
Preparation
Step 1
Grate half of the apple and add all the other ingredients for the dough.
Step 2
Put the dough aside and let it swell a little.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a pan and dice the remaining apple.
Step 4
Fry about 5 pancakes in the pan and fry the diced apple as well. The apple will caramelize beautifully in the pan.
Step 5
Lastly, serve and top with cinnamon, soy yogurt and hazelnut puree.
