- Bread: 300 g
- Vegetable drink: 1 L
- Dates: 100 g
- Oatmeal: 100 g
- Almond flour: 100 g
- Chocolate chips: 100 g
- Raisins: 2 handfuls
- vanilla: 1 pinch
- salt: 1 pinch
Preparation
Step 1
Put raisins in warm water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Grind oat flakes into flour.
Step 3
Sprinkle dates with a little water.
Step 4
Break bread through and let soak with the milk until the bread has absorbed all the milk.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make a soft dough.
Step 6
Line a 23/24 cm pan with baking paper and cook at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Step 7
Let the bread cool well to achieve a firm consistency. The ideal consistency has the bread after a day of rest.
