Matcha Chia Pudding

A quick breakfast for those in a hurry, which can be prepared the night before to save time and also provides an abundance of nutrients.

  1. First, pour the almond drink into a bowl. Add the matcha powder, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well.
  2. Now stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Then let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a small glass and decorate with blueberries, quinoa, almonds and cacao nibs.
