
This power porridge guarantees a strong start to the day. With plenty of carbohydrates, lots of fruit and a portion of protein, you'll be full and fit for a long time.
Ingredients (for 1 meal):
- 35 g of crunchy oatmeal
- 35 g fine oat flakes
- 200 ml water
- 30 g protein powder
- Topping of your choice
Preparation

First, put your water in a small pot and heat it.
- Then add your oatmeal and the Whey and mix it nicely.
- Let it simmer until it is nice and mushy.
- Now you can garnish it with fresh fruit, nuts or other toppings as you like.
