A good filling breakfast, which you can prepare in no time and combine it in many ways.

Breakfast bowl porridge

This power porridge guarantees a strong start to the day. With plenty of carbohydrates, lots of fruit and a portion of protein, you'll be full and fit for a long time.

Ingredients (for 1 meal):

  • 35 g of crunchy oatmeal
  • 35 g fine oat flakes
  • 200 ml water
  • 30 g protein powder
  • Topping of your choice


  1. First, put your water in a small pot and heat it.

  2. Then add your oatmeal and the Whey and mix it nicely.

  3. Let it simmer until it is nice and mushy.

  4. Now you can garnish it with fresh fruit, nuts or other toppings as you like.
