Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 100 g rice
- 20 g dried mango
- 15 g banana chips
- 1 handful of coconut chips
- 225 ml (vegetable) milk
- pinch of cardamom
- Ceylon cinnamon
- agave syrup, agave syrup or coconut blossom sugar
Preparation
First you should cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, you can cut the dried mangoes and banana chips into small pieces and set them aside. After the rice has been cooked for a while, add the milk and simmer gently until you get the typical rice pudding consistency. To refine now you can stir in cinnamon and cardamom and to crown the rice porridge sweeten it with coconut blossom sugar as desired. Finally, let the porridge cool to the desired temperature and add the finely chopped dried fruit and coconut chips.
