
Ingredients
- whole buckwheat: 150 g
- rolled oats: 50 g
- coconut oil: 40 g
- Rice syrup: 100 ml
- green tea / matcha: 50 ml
- white vegan chocolate: 20 g
- Hemp seeds: 20 g
- sea salt: 1 pinch
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Heat the coconut oil in the microwave or in a pot and mix buckwheat and oatmeal in a blender until you get a fine flour.
Step 3
Then mix all the ingredients for the base until smooth.
Step 4
Form cookies and put them on a tray in the oven for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Heat the chocolate in a water bath and add the hemp seeds.
Step 6
Once the cookies are done baking, put the chocolate on half of each cookie, a pinch of sea salt on top and you're done!
