Porridge or bread for breakfast? With this recipe you don't have to ask yourself that question anymore.

Amaranth porridge with toast crumbles



Step 1

Mix amaranth, ground flax seeds, 50g apple pulp and protein powder with warm vegetable drink and let swell for 10min.

Step 2

Then stir in 50g soybean curd. Mix remaining apple pulp with acai powder. Pour porridge into a bowl, pour remaining soy curd and acai apple pulp on top.

Step 3

Coarsely crumble toast and mix with vegetable drink, xylitol and cinnamon to make crumbles. Spread out on a plate and dry in the microwave for 1min.

Step 4

Top porridge with fruit, crumble, freeze-dried strawberries and pistachio puree.
