- Amaranth: 50 g
- oat drink: 200 ml
- ground flax seeds: 1 tbsp
- apple pulp: 60 g
- pea protein: 15 g
- soy curd: 75 g
- Acai powder: 1 tbsp
- dry wholemeal toast bread: 2 slices

Preparation
Step 1
Mix amaranth, ground flax seeds, 50g apple pulp and protein powder with warm vegetable drink and let swell for 10min.
Step 2
Then stir in 50g soybean curd. Mix remaining apple pulp with acai powder. Pour porridge into a bowl, pour remaining soy curd and acai apple pulp on top.
Step 3
Coarsely crumble toast and mix with vegetable drink, xylitol and cinnamon to make crumbles. Spread out on a plate and dry in the microwave for 1min.
Step 4
Top porridge with fruit, crumble, freeze-dried strawberries and pistachio puree.
